55th Annual Longford PRCA Rodeo
September 3-4, 2010 | 7:30pm

Rodeo season is here and the Longford Rodeo Club is getting ready to put on another unforgettable show! Last year a record crowd attended the rodeo, and this year we are hoping to break that record! The New Frontier Rodeo Company will be the stock contractor this year.

We have 6 standard PRCA Events: saddle bronc, bare back, calf roping, steer wrestling, bull riding, team roping, & WPRA barrel racing. We also have the wild steer scramble, mutton bustin' and kids calf scramble.
We have a BBQ on Friday night, serving beef and pork sandwiches that have been slow cooked for over 24 hours in a pit on the Rodeo Grounds. You can get a free sandwich with a purchase of a ticket on Friday night!

Saturday includes many community activities such as a kids pedal pull, pie bake-off, kids rodeo, craft show, and ends with a parade.
